Manufacturing of Pre-Engineered Buildings in Saudi Arabia
Quality Leaders Factory is the synonym of quality for delivering seamless Pre-Engineered Buildings in Saudi Arabia with cutting-edge design, precise engineering, and top-notch services. We understand this is the era of smart construction, and PEB is a perfect choice for innovative and efficient building solutions. Our commitment to delivering the best international standard quality with client-specific requirements exceeds promises.
There is a list of advantages that make pre-engineered steel building (PEB) a smart choice for our customers. Let’s explore the reasons for choosing PEB over other forms of construction.
Value:
The major advantage of choosing pre-engineering buildings is their difference in value. Pre-engineering works reduce your cost by up to 30%. There is a very low amount required to start the PEB manufacturing process. Another quality that sets it apart is its environmental friendliness. You can easily recycle and even resell it to return the pennies you invested in it.
Optimised Use of Material:
Another advantage of using PEBs is that it involves zero wastage of material. This is due to the precise calculations that ensure accurate and calculated use of the material.
Strength:
Our manufacturing of pre-engineered buildings ensures quality at every step. This makes our pre-engineering works withstand harsh environmental conditions with strength and durability. Our PEB can bear heavy rains, speedy winds, and high snow. Even our latest techniques enable it to stand firm in unexpected earthquakes.
Flexibility:
Pre-engineering designs can easily be modified. Its adaptable design allows you to transform it into different shapes and designs. You can alter it whenever you want to suit your needs and preferences.
Low Maintenance:
We use special corrosion-free paints and treatments that make PEBs durable, and there is very little effort needed for their maintenance compared to traditional buildings. These buildings are more resistant to pets, corrosion, and other environmental issues.
Sale in double price:
Another reason for choosing pre-engineering buildings in Saudi Arabia is that if you start a business, for example. And that business does not pay you well, so no worries; you are at the safe end. Your construction cost is not wasted. You can sell your structure at a good price and sometimes earn double the profit from selling PEBs.
Other Distinct Advantages:
PEB Division Engineers:
Our first goal is always project excellence. Quality Leaders Factory delivers Simple, economical, and affordable design. Technical Data:
Basic Building Parameters:
Building Width, Length, Height, Roof Slope, End Bay Length, Interior Bay Length, and Design Loads are the basic building parameters that define pre-engineered buildings.
Building Length:
The measurement between the exterior flanges of the columns in the opposing end walls is known as the building length. It is a combination of multiple bay lengths.
Building Height:
The phrase “building height” describes the eave height, commonly understood as the distance between the main frame column’s base plate and the eave strut’s top outer point. When columns are elevated or recessed from the completed floor, the height is determined by measuring the distance from the completed floor level to the top of the eave strut.
Building Width:
The roof’s angle concerning the horizontal is indicated here. The two most typical roof slopes are 1/10 and 0.5/10. You can have any reasonable roof slope.
Roof Slope (x/10):
Regardless of the major frame type used, the structure’s width is measured from the outside of one sidewall to the outside of the other sidewall’s eave strut.
End Bay Length:
This measures the separation between the first inner frame column’s center line and the outside of the end wall columns’ outer flanges.
Basic Building Parameters:
The length of the interior bay. This measures the distance between the center lines of two adjacent interior main frame columns. Nine, seven, and five meters are the most typical bay lengths. Any bay length up to 15 meters is feasible.
Design Loads:
At Quality Leaders Factory, the Pre-Engineered Buildings manufacturing process ensures the building structure withstands the following minimum loads:
- Live Roof Load: 0.57 kN/m³
- Wind speed by design: 110 km/h
When seeking a quote, you must include the design parameters for any loading condition, including snow, seismic, collateral, crane, and so on. For pre-engineered buildings, loads are imposed following American standards and regulations unless otherwise noted at the time of quotation.
Primary Framing Systems:
When constructing pre-engineered buildings, various frame techniques are employed. The most used ones are shown in the diagrams on this page. Along the ridge line, they are symmetrical. Other multi-span framing systems are asymmetrical and non-equal.
Structural Subsystems:
This section includes basic sketches of some structural configurations of a few real pre-engineering building subsystem examples. For comprehensive and extensive information, please consult the Pre-Engineered Buildings Technical Manual.
Building Accessories:
Various appealing and structurally sound accessory solutions are available for pre-engineering building manufacturing. Accessories for windows, doors, natural lighting, and ventilation are available to meet practically any need. These are a few examples of what can be found in real buildings.
Mezzanine System:
A steel deck supported by joists built onto the main mezzanine beams makes up the standard Quality Leaders Factory mezzanine framing system. If required by the design loads, intermediate columns may also support the main beams.
The principal beams’ top flange and the joists’ top flange fit exactly beneath each other. The mezzanine system’s economy can be impacted by applied floor loads, including dead, live, and collateral loads, as well as the space between mezzanine columns.
Our closest Quality Leaders Factory representative can help you select your project’s most economical mezzanine design and column spacing. Unless otherwise indicated, the main mezzanine beams should cross the breadth of the building in a parallel fashion to the main frame rafters. Joists should be parallel to the roof purlins over the entire building length.
There are also multi-level mezzanines with features including catwalks, floor openings, stairwells, and interior equipment platforms. It is crucial that, when quoting, the Quality Leaders Factory representative closest to you has access to the data for these needs.
Structural Components:
Primary Built-up Members:
Premium quality steel plate that complies with ASTM A 572M Grade 345. A corrosion protection primer with a minimum thickness of 35 microns (DFT) was applied at the factory.
Secondary Members:
Premium quality steel in 1.5 mm and 1.75 mm sizes, meeting ASTM A 607 Grade 50 standards or above. The thickness is 2.0 mm, 2.25 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.0 mm. A pre-galvanized finish or corrosion protection primer with a minimum of 35 microns (DFT) is applied at the factory.
The bracing mechanism:
The ASTM A 475 extra high-strength galvanized strands are used to create the cable bracing system in the picture.
